A bivi bag is classic, minimalist protection from the elements for anyone outdoors in a sleeping bag overnight, or staying still on a cold day in a hide or high seat.

Basically it’s a bivi bag is a waterproof breathable sleeping bag cover. Bivi bags are popular amongst the military, bush-crafters, lightweight campers and back packers, wildlife spotters (especially badger watchers) and all who want maximum comfort and protection combined with maximum contact with the sights and sounds of the night.

The Jack Pyke Bivi Bag measures a generous 210cm long (excluding the hood), 104cm wide at the draw string opening, and 76cm wide at the foot (which is larger than the UK Forces’ version). It’s made from a very effective breathable waterproof Oxford nylon faced laminate fabric and is fairly quiet and simple to use. The bag is finished in English Oak camo for extra concealment without a military look.
