Lansky Blademedic & 12 function Mini Multi Tool

The Lansky Blademedic and the 12 function Lansky Mini-Multi-Tool
We have two great items from Lansky, either one of which would make a great Christmas present – in fact they are so reasonably priced that you could splash out on both of them!
Already established as the company to turn to when you want to sharpen your hunting or kitchen knives, Lansky have come up with a versatile ‘all round’ sharpener that will fit in your pocket. Called the Tactical Blademedic Knife Sharpener, it can give your knife a new edge within seconds using the familiar ‘V’ shaped carbide and ceramic slots. But in the same tool, Lansky have added a tapered diamond sharpening rod and a ceramic strip with a ‘’ edge, so you can instantly return a cutting edge to serrated blades, gut hooks and literally anything else you can think of.
Shaped like an elongated teardrop the Blademedic’s alloy body and four clearly marked sharpening stations combine to become exactly what Lansky claim them to be, a full sized sharpening outfit that will fit into your pocket and one that can be deployed in an instant. No matter how big the blade or dull the cutting edge, four or so strokes from the Blademedic will have you cutting, shaving or sawing again. At just £12.95, this has to be a best buy, and one of our top Christmas gifts.
Next up is the 12 function Lansky Mini-Multi-Tool which is of all steel construction with black/yellow synthetic grip scales – so it’s easy to hold and difficult to lose! This truly pocket-sized piece of kit weighs mere ounces and is just 2.75” (7cm) long when folded and 4.25” (10.7cm) when deployed as a sprung head plier. As the penknife blade is 1.5” and doesn’t have a locking mechanism, it could reasonably be regarded as ‘legal carry’ – the time, place, situation and your behaviour and intention notwithstanding.
The plier head has fine and coarse grip, with a wire cutter at the base. All the other tools are stored in the handles. The plier has to be opened to deploy the tools, then shut again to use them. In one handle there’s the previously mentioned penknife blade, plus a 1.5” saw, a mini Phillips head driver with bottle cap lifter, a small flathead driver with small can opener/cap lifter, while in the other handle there is a nail file, manicure/cuticle tool, medium can opener and medium flathead driver.
This handy 12 function Lansky Mini-Multi-Tool is available for the unbelievably low price of £9.95.
