Napier Bigfoot

Napier’s rep for creating innovative equipment for the shooter is once again highlighted with their new Bigfoot magnetic shotgun shell case picker-upper! We all know what a pain it is to pick up lots of cases, to this end there are a number of magnetic sticks/wands available, which means no bending and scrabbling. However, Bigfoot takes this a stage further!

The unit is 30” long and consists of a shaft, top handle and operating lever and a 5.25” diameter by 2.75” high plastic base. Inside this housing is a strong magnet that connects via a rod through the shaft to the handle assembly. All you do is drop the base onto the fi red shells where they are picked up and held by the magnetic effect. It’s powerful too as tests showed it can pick up 18+ unfi red shells.

Once loaded with empties you just take it to the collector bin and pull back on the inner handle. This pulls back the magnet and releases the cases from the magnet’s effect. It’s such a simple and clever idea that really works! So no more unpleasant bending or trying to pull the cases off a magnet with your hands, this is a must for clay grounds and sporting shoots.
