Rocky Camouflage Waterproof Poncho

Many ‘shooters’ feel they have little use for a poncho. However, should it rain, you have a quick and convenient cover-all to slip on while you wait out the storm. The requirements are simple; it needs to be waterproof with a hood, big enough to fit you and your pack and light enough to be folded and carried with no weight/size penalties. In the field it’s a lot easier to throw one of these on, than phaff about getting a waterproof suit on.

The Rocky Camouflage Waterproof Poncho is a typical but cost effective example of the marque – the bonus being, that if caught out away from cover, slip into this and to a degree your shape is camouflaged and also disguised. This one is finished off in Realtree APG camo. Constructed of durable, lightweight PVC, with integral full size hood, four rustproof snap fasteners at the front and at a size of 50” X 80”, unless you’re very large it’s generously sized to cover you and your rifle.
