Elkridge Folding Cutlery Knife

This is a very compact cutlery set, all in a pocketsized multi-tool. A knife, fork, spoon and bottle opener, have all been squeezed into one tool, making it much easier to pack than separate eating implements.

Each tool is approximately 3.25” long and 2.5mm thick, making them strong and rigid, unlike most flimsy camping cutlery. All three utensils are made of 3Cr13 stainless steel, so are easy to keep clean. They each fold down into the dark wood handle neatly and securely.

The blade has a clip point with a full flat grind and a nail nick in the spine. The overall length of the opened tool, with one of the utensils deployed, is approximately 7.5”, so you are eating with near-full-sized cutlery, not child-sized.

The tool can be disassembled by sliding the scales back and off so that it can be cleaned properly. This also means that you can also use each implement separately to eat. This is much easier than folding each one out in turn and reduces the bulk of the individual components.

Although a bit bulky and heavy, this is a very clever little tool, keeping a knife, fork and spoon in one unit and having the facility to separate them to eat and then to clean them is a great feature. With one of these in your pack, there will be no more eating with your fingers!
