Hurricane Jumper

Pinewood’s Hurricane jumper is a 50% Wool/50% Acrylic mix ‘knitted’ jumper for those days when temperatures drop dramatically. Lined with a 100% Polyester windproof membrane, the outer is water resistant, although the seams aren’t fully taped for complete waterproofing.

The high soft collar wraps right up under your chin and around your neck to seal out drafts, with the membrane’s laminated material fully elasticated to ensure total freedom of silent movement. Shoulders feature external Polyester reinforcement panels that will seat your gun’s sling long term, protecting the wool from bobbling, as well as helping grip. Elbows are also similarly protected for general wear and tear resistance, especially when crawling.

Dark Green, Brown and Dark Grey colours are available, along with a specific ladies’ fit. The half zip enables a fair amount of ventilation during arduous movement that builds up your core temperature and humidity within the membrane, as these kinds of linings are not totally breathable (the cost of superb wind proofing). Sizing from Small to 3XL should accommodate most wearers and the look is deluxe, so quite suitable for après shoot wear.
