They are made of a special yarn that provides hi-performance insulation, along with integral loops that holds more warm air, so increasing their TOG (thermal overall grade) rating. Finally, there’s a special brushing process that maximises the amount of warm air held within the sock. With a laboratory tested TOG rating of 2.34 they are a hi-leg design and rated as being seven times warmer than a pair of standard cotton socks at a TOG of 0.33. The composition uses a 58% Acrylic, 36% Polyester, 5% Nylon, 1% Elastane blend. A great sock for wearing with wellies or hi-leg boots and guaranteed to keep your feet warm and toasty in the worst of conditions. These are badged up as man’s socks, with sizes as follows: UK 6-11, Europe 39-45 and USA 7-12.
