The pommel and cross-guard made from silver (not marked). Old crack in grip to one side otherwise in fair to good condition. Circa 1780-1820. Ref 6676.This dirk is almost identical to one illustrated on page 61 in “Small Arms of the Sea Services”
by Col. R. Rankin.
