New Night Master Eclipse launching at British Shooting Show

New Night Master Eclipse launching at British Shooting Show
  • According to Night Master, their new ‘Eclipse’ range of hunting lamps are set to leave others in the shade. Designed from the ground up, these models include patent pending technology and are packed with useful features for night hunters. The company will be launching the Eclipse models with a variety of LEDs at the British Shooting Show (10th to 12th February)

  • In 2010, Night Master revolutionised lamping with their NM800 – the original small torch with an ‘epic beam’. Since then the NM800 model has evolved, with better design, brighter LEDs and a rotary dimmer switch. The Night Master design team started with a blank canvas for the Eclipse, which is not simply an upgrade to the existing NM800 – it is a totally different breed altogether, designed in conjunction with gamekeepers and professional night hunters.

  • Launching at the British Shooting Show, there will be two models: the Eclipse 800 (single battery model) and the Eclipse 1000 with its bigger head and dual battery tube for more power and longer beam distance.

  • We cannot tell you too much about the Eclipse range at this stage (because the company hasn’t released the full specification yet), but what we can tell you is the techies at Night Master have worked for almost a year to develop an easy-to-use lamp, which includes features that customers have been asking for. For example, the white beam is four times bigger and more powerful than the existing white LED, so it illuminates a wider area and goes further, which is what customers have been asking for.

  • The biggest features are yet to be unveiled, but Night Master founder Tony Jones told us: “Since designing the original Night Master 800 we have listened to our customers and tried to fulfill their needs with each upgrade. The new Eclipse range includes patent pending technology and key features that we couldn’t build into the existing NM800. It’s a totally new breed – the pre-production samples perform very well.”

  • Get your first look at the Eclipse range at the British Shooting Show from 10th to 12th of February 2017. More information and reviews will follow and the new models will be available from shooting shops throughout the UK.
