The SL3 draws inspiration from the finest SO10 sidelock shotguns, combining many features of these exquisite guns with a new, elegant and supremely reliable, boxlock action. The beautiful action comprises graceful swept fences, with either renaissance style, ornamental motif engraving, with rich bass relief; or refined, gamescene engravings featuring ducks, partridge and pheasant. Both are complimented by a high grade Turkish walnut stock and fore-end.

This elegant new system has been engineered to provide the best performance in the field and to withstand intensive use. Consequently, the opening and closing of the gun will remain smooth and effortless over time even with extensive use.
