Buck 750 Redpoint Knife

The Buck Redpoint Knife is a staunch and unique blade on the company roster. It’s also a prime example of how Buck embraces new technological materials for manufacture and the integration of innovative design concepts to help make a knife safer and more user-friendly.
Measuring 4.375” in the closed position and weighing 2.9oz, it holds a 2.75”, 420HC, partiallyserrated drop point stainless steel blade with a thickness of 0.107.” This makes the knife very strong and being partially serrated adds to its versatility.
The 750 Redpoint utilises an all-weather grip thermoplastic handle with black rubber over-mould. This gives a superior hold in all weather conditions. The knife is secured open and closed by what is termed SUR lock technology. A synthetic slide catch on the left-hand side of the handle needs to be pulled back and held in this position against spring tension, whereupon it releases its hold on the blade.
Although the knife has an elongated thumbhole, it’s not there for onehanded opening. However, the Redpoint offers one-handed SafeSpin deployment for easy opening and closing without having to touch the blade. With the knife held in your right hand, the release lever is pulled back with the thumb and using your forefinger you roll the top of the closed blade’s ridged upper towards you, whereupon it spins out and around into the open position. It also has a stainless-steel removable pocket clip, plus a large carabiner or lanyard attachment point at the rear.
