Bushnell Equinox by Zoe Baker

It’s the dawn of a new era in after-dark viewing. Bushnell has reached an all-new level of achievement in their new Equinox series of night vision technology. There are three models in the range - two digital configurations and one Gen 1 model.

story continues below...

The digital models are monocular units in 4x40mm and 6x50mm offering unrivalled image clarity, illumination and field of view even with zero ambient light. Both models offer the option of switching between a traditional green view for dusk and dawn while some ambient light is available, and black and white imaging for use in almost-dark to completely dark conditions. These digital monocular models have a rugged, water resistant housing and an integrated accessory rail, that can facilitate the addition of a light (not provided) to   dramatically extend viewing range, along with video output and a built-in tripod mount.

The Gen 1 optic is a super-bright 2x24mm model that packs more intensity than any other before, and is ideal when increased depth perception is critical. It’s lightweight, compact and has a durable rubber housing, an extremely long battery life, and is water-resistant. The body also includes the integrated accessory rail as per the digital monoculars.
