The build features an aluminum body that’s vapour blasted and black anodized to give a true matt finish. Internally, at the rear is an alloy deflector baffle, which initially disperses air after the pellet leaves the muzzle. On passing through this the pellet goes through a Nylon baffle stack, Acetyl air stripper and a smaller Nylon baffle. The air is further dispersed by the felt-lined baffle in the Vortex end cap.
It’s available with a standard ½ x 20” UNF thread so will fit virtually all barrels and in decibel tests has shown itself to be amongst one of the quietest now available. The only downside is if your rifle has a lengthy barrel because the Long Series is going to add another 10”, which is a lot. However, carbine users should really consider taking a look at this unit as it really works.

I'm afraid that Theoben are no longer in business. There is talk that another company is interested in taking on the production of Theoben products but nothing has been set in place yet.

25 Nov 2012 at 08:49 PMI bought this year 2012 a pcp air gun THEOBEN RAPITE MK II with 16mmbarrel pellet .177 and i want a good guite silencer.I check vordex(2point) weihrauch (3.5) but i dident find the correct for me.I asked you friendly to send me one wich is a real silencer something combination supressor with striper in one. If you havent god something from your side PLEASE tell me where i asked imformation.Thanks a lot KOSTAS.
