Shooters Cushion

FT shooters have known the benefits for years, but the simple addition of a beanbag style seat to your shooting can make a huge difference, both in terms of comfort and the support that it gives indirectly to the shot. The Shooters Cushion from Range Right is made from a strong, water-resistant material, and comes pre-filled with small polystyrene beads.

There is a large zip-up front pocket that can keep documentation safe whilst shooting, such as competition scorecards, or a permissions letter for example. There is also another zip at the top, to allow for more filling/ padding medium to be added further down the line. A webbed carry strap sits at the top too, and with very little weight to speak of, this is a practical seat for any expedition.

Whilst Hunter Field Target (HFT) does not allow shooters to sit for targets, a beanbag style cushion can still be utilized for those pesky compulsory kneeling shots, protecting the knee when navigating hard ground. Hunters would benefit too, and given the lack of weight and easy transportation, it’s no hardship just to bring one along.
