Impact Kinetics Speed Shot Targets

The Speedshot Series are fast fire targets specially designed for fast fire fun with shooters using low power CO2 airguns. Due to the low impact energies involved the target plates are fully adjustable for sensitivity and will operate reliably when hit with less than 1ftlb of impact energy.

For outdoor use the company has developed what is termed a Magna Buffer system to enhance reliability in breezy conditions. This enables the plates to remain upright in a 10+ mph breeze yet reliably fall over when hit.

Manufactured in the UK for air guns that create less than 6ft lbs they consist of zinc plated low maintenance target plates that are attached to a solid and stable steel base. There are 3 models available – those being a 2, 3 and 5-shot options which can also be purchased with either disc or skittle shape target plates. They are cord resettable from your shooting position and the targets are generously sized for challenging speed shooting, not precision single shot.

As an example, the dimensions for the 2 shot target are 250mm wide x 180mm deep (with discs), 250mm deep (with skittles) – the main difference between models is the width of the target plates. It’s recommended that steel BBs aren’t used due to the possibility of ricochets and target plate damage. All targets come ready assembled with 15m of reset cord and only require the fitting of a few nuts and bolts (no tools required) plus the Magna Buffer to complete. Obviously, the target needs to be mounted on a firm, flat, stable surface for reliable operation.
