CENS Proflex Digital Hearing Protection
- Last updated: 14/11/2016
Manufactured by hearing specialists Puretone Ltd, the new CENS ProFlex are constructed from two types of soft silicone; the slightly harder outer section houses the new removable digital inserts that house the new digital electronics module, volume control, microphone and two-way program setting button for both game and clay shooting, the quality of natural sound and ability to hold a normal conversation combining flawlessly with the ability to instantly shut out harmful noises.
Continuing the audible transformation, Puretone have been able to combine an even softer section of silicone for the inner ear. So soft, that you’re hardly ever aware that you’re actually wearing them, the new CENS ProFlex is as near as you’ll get to being able to turn your own ears on and off. You can now choose your own mould insert colour combination by visiting the CENS website and carrying out a quick mix and match exercise along with an online demonstration, the orange and black seen here are Mark Stone’s personal choice. Yes, a pair of ProFlex is relatively expensive but what price your hearing?
Expect to pay around £549 per pair inclusive of the custom ear molding, aluminium case, clamshell carrier, soft wallet and cleaning kit.
