A lot of airgun shooters take pellets from a tin and put them in an ammo pouch when going shooting. However, those who practice at the range get through more ammo and take multiple tins of them and then use them directly from that container. Unfortunately, not all have screw on lids and therefore once opened cannot easily be resealed. To combat this, RWS have developed the Pellet Saver. A simple idea, it is a round sheath and designed to fully encase a tin of pellets. It is manufactured from a semi-rigid plastic that forms a round cover with a diameter of approximately 2 ¾ x 1” thick. The inner sizing and shape including the full sides wrap around the tin holding it and its lid securely in place. There is a large cut out one side where it’s inserted, the opposite side has a smaller cut out to stop it going any further and leaves space for it to be pushed out when it is needed. It is suitable for all tins of 500 .177 calibre pellets and also some popular 200-250 capacity of .20 and .22 calibres too.
