Perfect for when you are carrying a minimal amount of gear, the Mil-Tec is a very small and lightweight monocular that measures 10 x 3cm and weighs just 110-grams. Supplied in its own carry case, it also comes complete with a lanyard so that you can carry it around your neck.

With 10x magnification and an objective diameter of 25mm, the field of view is 101m at 1000m and the image is certainly clear enough to pick out movement and game at extended distances. The body of the monocular is rubberised, so it will stand up to taking a knock or getting dropped.

At this price, you know you are not going to be getting a high-end piece of equipment with crystal clear optics and huge magnification, but what you are getting is a good monocular for a casual carry when out doing a bit of pest control. You can keep it in the side pouch of your backpack, in your pocket or around your neck, and can use it to check out any movement in the distance or to scan for targets.
