Foam Action Sports from the USA have designed and manufactured a range of foam rifle rests for those who don’t like to, or who are unable to carry heavy rifle rests and sand bags to the range. There are two in a pack and are constructed from high-density, closed-cell foam. The FoamRest features different sizes of V-Notch cut outs to rest a rifle or even pistol on and can be utilised in a variety of positions to work for almost any firearm or airgun configuration. They also allow plenty of clearance between a rifle’s magazine and the surface they are resting on. They have variable height positions for both front and rear support, plus they are made from recoil-absorbing material to help improve accuracy and follow up shots. The durable foam blend is heat, water and UV-resistant and their size means that they can easily be thrown into a range bag. The supports are even sturdy enough to use as a maintenance rest for a rifle when doing small jobs like scope mounting and cleaning.
