Bisley Air Rifle Cleaning Kit

story continues below...

For most airguns, keeping the barrel clean is a relatively easy task, which requires little more than a gentle clean with a small patch, some lead shifting solvent, a small bit of lubricant and a pull through cord. However, sometimes the task requires a bolder approach, with some older airguns needing multiple passes with a cleaning rod. In addition, some-low powered airguns, particularly CO2 models, can suffer from a sudden loss of power, which can result in a pellet getting stuck in the barrel. Having the correct equipment to hand to clear any blockage is invaluable. The Air Rifle Cleaning kit from Bisley is great value, it comes neatly packaged with everything required to clean the barrel. There is a main steel rod with a wooden handle, it comes in three sections that simply screw together. Included, is a pair of mops and bronze brushes in .177 and .22 sizes, and a pellet remover. The kit is equally useful for pistols and brings piece of mind. A vital, yet inexpensive accessory to have in the workshop.
