Napier Eco Friendly Pull through kit

A pull-through kit is a very useful accessory for the home or in-field cleaning of your rifle barrel. At home, the cleaning of a rifle tube can be part of routine maintenance but in the field, it can be a necessity should you get caught out in the rain, which as we all know, can cause untold damage.

Napier has long offered an airgun pull through kit that contained everything needed to undertake barrel cleaning, however, they’ve now thoughtfully made it eco-friendly. So, instead of the barrel lubricant being in aerosol form, it’s now replaced by a pump-action dispenser.

The kit is still packaged in a stylish and compact, 7.5 x 5.75 x 2.5” zip close, heavy duty, black canvas case with belt loops and carry handle. It contains 120ml of pump dispensed airgun oil, 50x barrel clean patches, 3x VP90 field patches, a pullthrough cable with anodised alloy handle, plus it also comes with comprehensive, illustrated instructions.

Using the supplied lubricant and cleaners ensures effective removal of moisture, lead and other deposits, with no damage to ‘O’-rings or seals. The kit is suitable for both .177 and .22 calibre airguns.

The ethos of the change is due to Napier’s packaging audit, where they are addressing the issues of waste and sustainability. Even the kit comes packed for sale in environmentally friendly, biodegradable card, thus saving thousands of plastic blister packs every year.
