• 2 to 4: Friday to Sunday (inclusive). To mark the 79th anniversary of D-Day, the Military Vehicle Trust is organising a mass convoy to assemble at the Saunton Sands site in Devon, EX33 1LQ. This was a training ground used by the US Army in 1944. www.mvt.org.uk/events

• 11: Sunday. The Barry War Museum at Station Approach Road, Barry, CF62 5TH, is hosting its 2023 Summer Model Show, with trade stands, demonstrations, and displays with military themes.
