Elltech Reticle Levelling System

Installing a scope onto a rifle is a relatively simple process, and one of the keys to getting it right the first time is to ensure that the reticle is level when you tighten the scope rings.
The Elltech Aluminium Reticle Levelling System is made utilising CNC machining, ensuring absolute precision and accuracy. The body is made of strong anodised aluminium, finished in a copper colour, and the overall finish is very good. Two levels are supplied, each in its own aluminium housing.
The rifle is clamped into a vice and levelled using the smaller level placed on any flat surface on the action that’s horizontal. The barrel clamp level is then attached to the barrel and adjusted to match the smaller level. The small level is removed, and the scope is loosely fitted into the scope rings. Next, the small level is placed on top of the turret cap. The scope is then rotated until the small level matches the barrel clamp level. Once the two levels match, the scope axis is set level with that of the gun, and you are good to go.
The whole system comes in a strong protective plastic case and includes an Allen key of the correct size, which is always handy. This is a great piece of kit to add to any workbench and is really well-priced.
