Follow the US Marines for safe, effective gun care with Slip 2000

The US Marine Corps’ favoured weapon cleaning system is now available to British shooters, thanks to importers Viking Arms. The USMC has been trialling Slip 2000 gun care products for the past 12 months, and has just extended its contract to use Slip 2000 cleaners and lubricants for its weapons including M16 rifles and M9 pistols.

Now available at gun shops throughout the UK, the Slip 2000 range of gun care products was developed to provide a safe, modern solution to the age-old problem of keeping firearms clean and working well. The products are non-toxic, non-hazardous and biodegradable – but still out-perform anything else on the market.

The Range Includes;

Slip 2000 725 Gun Cleaner Degreaser which will cut through the toughest carbon, grease and grime. It is popular with gunsmiths because it strips even heavily encrusted deposits and can be rinsed off in warm water to leave parts bare-metal bright.

Slip 2000 Bore Cleaner penetrates and releases deposits of carbon, copper, lead and plastic wad fouling from rifle and shotgun barrels. Once the deposits are removed, any new fouling is much reduced, and easy to remove with normal cleaning.

Slip 2000 Gun Lube lubricates and bonds with the metal, producing a barrier that gives lasting lubrication and protection against corrosion.
