Mauser’s versatile M 12 Impact becomes gunmaker’s new flagship model

  • Originally designed just for the UK market, the M 12 Impact has become a worldwide success story as more and more shooters realise its capabilities on both the range and in the field.

  • Compact and lightweight, the fixed-barrel rifle is based on Mauser’s bestselling Extreme. The M 12 Impact features a graphite-coloured synthetic stock and matte, silver-coloured barrel and action coated with Ilaflon for maximum rust protection. This is supplemented by an extremely durable synthetic stock with non-slip SoftTouch coating

  • The M 12 Impact also features a 1lb 12oz trigger pull, 3-point safety system, factory threaded barrel with muzzle cap. As well as Mauser’s legendary smooth action with 6 locking lugs and of course Mauser’s fantastic out of the box accuracy. The M 12 Impact also comes with a larger tactical bolt handle, a Nickle coated barrel, action and trigger guard. A medium weight fluted barrel and a 20MOA Picatinny rail.

  • Distributed in the UK by Blaser Sporting, CEO Robert Sajitz commented: “We originally designed the M 12 Impact for use in the especially harsh conditions of Great Britain, with a short, precise barrel and long range capability up to 1,000m out of the box. The project resulted in a compact rifle with a solid build quality unrivalled in its price bracket. A real, no nonsense Mauser. The Mauser M 12 Impact is the perfect partner on the range or in the field.”

  • Available in .243 and .308, the M 12 Impact has a magazine capacity of five plus one. The standard calibres weigh approximately 6.75lb with a length of 40in. RRP: from £1,150 inc VAT
