Win a Nordic adventure worth £8,000* with Leica when you buy a pair of premium binoculars

This winter, Leica is launching a worldwide competition that gives customers the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in Norway’s stunning Spitsbergen or one of 20 vouchers for Leica Akademie photography courses, worth up to £450* each. The prize draw is open to all customers who purchase specified models of Leica’s premium binoculars between 7 November 2016 and 31 January 2017.

All customers purchasing Leica Trinovid HD 8x42 and 10x42 binoculars, Leica Ultravid 8x20 and 10x25 compact binoculars, or Leica Trinovid BCA 8x20 and 10x25 binoculars within the competition period will receive a ticket for the prize draw. They will then need to register to take part at www.leica-camera.com/spitzbergen2016. Winners will be drawn and notified in mid-February 2017.

The first prize expedition to Spitsbergen will take place from 28 August to 9 September 2017 aboard the expedition yacht, MV Cape Race. It will be led by naturalist, acclaimed wildlife photographer and Leica Ambassador Norbert Rosing, who will introduce the participants to the fascinating fauna and spectacular, ice-bound landscapes of this group of Norwegian islands

The programme includes visits to numerous glaciers and fjords, wonderful views of the raucous, colourful and thickly populated nesting grounds of sea birds, and a trip out into the ice fields.
