Mora FR42 bushcraft knife

Mora FR42 bushcraft knife

To put it simply, it is all about gaining knowledge and experience in order to be able to live and survive in the outdoors when the comforts of society are no longer near at hand. In this situation, the right tool is a must. This is where Mora FR42 comes into the picture – a new series of Mora knives for outdoor use. Not only is the FR42 strong enough to withstand shelter building and whittling wood but also has a deep enough blade to double up as the ultimate hunting knife because of its outstanding skinning capabilities.

The FR42 has Mora’s own profile-ground 12c27 Sandvik stainless steel blade and a khaki green moulded handle to fit the shape of your hand. The rubber grip means the optimum purchase in all weather conditions.

The khaki green plastic sheath has a rubber, low hanging belt loop that allows the knife to sit lower down your thigh than most sheaths to ensure maximum comfort whilst crouching and kneeling.

The Mora FR42 rivals almost every other Bushcraft and skinning knives but at just £29.95 comes at just a fraction of the cost. This knife and many others can be found in the Bladetech knife and tool catalogue.
