Gerber Dime Multi Tool

The Gerber Dime is a feature packed mini key-chain multi-tool. Often these types of mini-tools are seen just as Christmas stocking fillers and such like, but the Dime has obviously been very well thought out and is surely one of the better multi-tools in this size range.

Manufactured using 3Cr13 Stainless Steel, all implements on the Gerber Dime are deployed using thumb nicks and lock out very positively. Weighing a mere 2.2oz and measuring 2.75” closed or 4” fully deployed, this compact and super lightweight multi-tool comes impressively equipped.  It features a unique modified sheep’s head fine edge blade designed to cut safely, a plastic packaging cutter/scorer, stainless steel pliers, wire cutters, spring-loaded scissors, flathead screwdriver, crosshead driver, tweezers, file – all the components that are most needed day-to-day but scaled down accordingly. There’s also a nifty bottle opener that is exposed even when the tool is closed.

This may be smaller than most multi-tools but it’s a tough robust cookie that’ll appeal to many outdoorsmen who prefer to have a compact multi-tool handy.
