The Leatherman Tread Bracelet, the world’s first wearable multi-tool, is now available in the UK. Crafted from high-strength, corrosion resistant 17-4 stainless steel links that include between two and three functional tools each, the Tread includes a total of 25 usable features like box wrenches and screwdrivers. It can be easily customised using the slotted fasteners, so the wearer can rearrange links, add new ones, or adjust for wrist size; every part of the Tread is functional including the clasp which features a bottle opener and #2 square drive. Other tools include a cutting hook, hex drives, screwdrivers, box wrenches, and a carbide glass-breaker.
The Leatherman TreadTM QM1 – available in autumn 2015 – features a unique Leatherman-designed and Swiss-made timepiece with precision quartz movement. A shock-resistant sapphire crystal provides scratch-resistance for heavy duty wear and the curved watch face limits reflection making it easy to use in difficult light conditions.
The Leatherman Tread bracelet is priced £139.95 (Silver) and £189.95 (black DLC coated) while the Leatherman TreadTM QM1 will be priced at £429.95 (Silver) and £499.95 (black DLC coated). For more information visit http://www.whitbyandco.co.uk.
