Hong Kong 1941-45

This work sets things straight by detailing the attack against the British colony of Hong Kong which began on 8th December. The author provides a countdown to the attack and an order of battle which war gamers will appreciate.

Tourists interested in visiting the battleground will find much useful information here and as a general read this is a very good work. Unfortunately the artwork is not up to Osprey’s usual high standard, but the other illustrations and maps more than compensate for this. Overall, this is a nice work on an overlooked chapter of the war.
