Awarding-winning night vision brand NiteSite has unveiled an innovative new lithium ion battery pack that will power the NS50 and NS200 units for four continuous hours, even on full power.

The lightweight, stockmounted pack comes with a stretchy nylon pouch to protect it from knocks and a 300mm extension lead that plugs straight into the night vision unit. It also features a 2amp fuse to protect the battery. The new 11.1 V, 4800mA battery, which is available from April, supersedes the old cumbersome, belt-mounted lead acid battery, which will soon be discontinued.

The clever NiteSite units slip onto your existing day scope, essentially turning it into a night vision scope in less than 2 minutes. The NS50 is designed primarily for airgunners seeing a minimum distance of 50 yards, while the NS200 is for shooters wanting to see up to 200 yards with their existing rifle set-up.
