Hawke Vantage 10x25 Binoculars

There are many times, when a compact pair of binoculars are the optimum choice over a larger spec’ model, due to the ease of carry and of course use. Having said that, we do still need them to give a relatively high fixed magnification, as although spotting targets in the open grass fields is easy, not so when they’re close to cover. The lightweight (295-grams) durable rubber coated chassis features fully multi-coated optics, aided by the addition of ‘high resolution’ BAK-4 roof prisms giving maximum light transmission, resulting in excellent clarity in even low light conditions. With an overall length of 105m, these10x magnification ‘scanners’ give a field of view of 101m @ 1000m, yet focus down to 6m; plus, they are Nitrogen purged, so they’re water and fogproof. Twist up eye-cups (with position stops) give optimum wearer comfort and eye-relief, plus an ocular adjustment facility is positioned at the base of the right eyecup.

The very compact twin ‘open hinge’ design easily fits in the hand and when not in use they’re easy to transport. Also, the focus dial, being positioned towards the rear and centre of the rubber armour casing, makes them very user-friendly.
