Fenix CL05 Mini-Lantern

The Fenix CL05 LED Mini-Lantern measures 72.5mm long x 18mm diameter, weighs 12.8 grams and is manufactured from aerospace aluminium. In truth it looks a little bit a tube of lip stick! It is treated with an anodised finish, while the head is made from high quality plastic. It runs on a single AAA Alkaline battery or an AAA Ni-Mh rechargeable cell. A nifty tail cap twist switch operates the tri-colour LED and accesses the unit’s seven output modes. The order of the operating sequence, the colour and their run times are as follows: moonlight: 0.8 lumens (40 hrs) - high: 8 lumens (4 hrs) - red: 2 lumens (11 hrs) - red flash: 2 lumens (22 hrs) - green: 5 lumens (10 hrs 30 min) - green flash: 5 lumens: (21 hrs) - SOS: 8 lumens. These figures were achieved using the standard Alkaline battery. It has a waterproof rating of IPX-6 (2m depth) and has no standby battery drain. Without a doubt, this is a great product for every day carry, emergency lighting and clipping to a key fob, it is available in purple or blue.
