Quickload

Quickload

This product by far is the most useful I have in my arsenal and the one I use daily, and without it I would not be able to do my business properly. Quickload is a computer based ballistics program that is very easy to use, understand and get great results and save you so much time trying out reloads. It is also the most accurate ballistic program I have used for determining reloading cartridges. It not only allows internal ballistics to be determined but also external ballistics with the bundled package of Quick Target.

It is a hand loaders dream, you can choose 1200 cartridge cases, 180 different powders from 16 manufacturers with a staggering 2200 bullet choices from 43 manufacturers. If you cannot find what you want then they probably don`t make it!

As well as designing and printing your own targets there is the ability to transfer data from Quickload internal ballistics and shoot it in Quick Target external ballistics, you then have bullet drop, wind drift and sighting adjustments out to 2500 yards.

With updates constantly being applied as new powders, bullets and cartridges evolve, Quickload and Quick Target will pay for itself within a few months.

You just choose your cartridge, then select your powder of choice, bullet, seating depth, barrel length etc. and then press ‘Go’ and it shoots the load for you. In this way you can see how viable, safe and what velocity, energy and pressures that load will give without having to shoot it in your gun. This saves time, money and wearing out your rifles bore. In my experience it is very accurate and I genuinely would be lost without it. I design all my Wildcat cartridges with Quickload and its sister program Quick Design.

It’s a cost effective and enjoyable way to get the best out of your rifle without shooting it. Price of the Quickload and Quick Target Ballistics Program is £125. Contact JMS Arms 01444 400126 or 07771 962121 for further details.
