All Aigle boots are hand-made in France from natural rubber, and the Parcours range sparked a revolution in ‘welly’ boots for country sports. They were the first to combine the comfort of walking boots, a superb fit for tireless walking, with all the advantages and features of traditional country sports boots. Aigle is now the best selling collection of country sports boots in Europe, and their Parcours range feature the same fit/feature characteristics; a narrow ankle fitting ensuring excellent support and retention of the foot when walking, dual density shock absorbing sole unit, and a unique sole tread for excellent grip, self-cleaning cleats and stability.
The Parcours Iso is the market leading cold weather specialist boot, and is popular with country sports enthusiasts for its superb insulating properties. In addition to having the normal features of the Parcours, they have a 4.5mm thick neoprene lining (50% thicker than other makes), 6mm underfoot insulating felt, 2mm thick polypropylene in-sole and a waterproof gusset with buckle strap for adjusting the calf width fitting. The suggested retail price of the Iso is approximately £122.
The Parcours Iso ‘Open’ is a new development featuring all the qualities of the Parcours Iso with the addition of a full-length zip to aid ease of putting on/taking off. The zip also allows additional ventilation when open, although the makers would always advise the zip is closed to protect against any foreign matter getting into the zip. There is a fully waterproof gusset behind the zip to make it waterproof. The suggested retail price of the Iso Open is approximately £160.
