Spuhr ISMS Single Piece Scope Mount

The Spuhr ISMS single piece scope mount is part of an integrated family of components to suit 30, 34 and 35mm body tubes for heavy recoiling tactical or precision rifles. Compatible with Picatinny rails, the unusual feature is the split halves of the rings are cut at 45°, meaning increased turret accessibility and visibility, plus giving easy access to the extra surfaces for accessories and add-on components like red dot sights. The unit can be specified to incline the scope by 0, 6 mil/20.6 MOA or 13 mil/44.4 MOA, as well as two ring height options, illuminators and torches can also be added. A selection of standard mounting devices is also available from Spuhr for specific units.

All fittings are provided with spare bolts and are pre-waxed for easy fitment and specifically, correct torque application. The inner surfaces of the rings are grooved to accept a thread locking agent if required. The large gripping surfaces mean movement is unlikely, with well spread mounting pressure unlikely to damage any body tube, and manufacture here is spot on for tolerances. Spuhr include an aluminium wedge that slots into a groove under the saddle to simplify setup and reticule leveling.
