Break Free Lubricant

story continues below...

All three of these aspects had to meet very high requirements. For example, it’s nice to know that CLP is good for temperatures ranging from around -53 degrees Celsius to 246 degrees Celsius – I think that just about meets the requirements of the average shooter in this country! There are various delivery methods for CLP, including the Precision Shooter which is featured. This allows the user to place small amounts of Break Free into areas that are difficult to reach. Though not really required with any of my guns, it can be very useful for the military style .22 rimfires, some of which are difficult to disassemble and clean. CLP can also be purchased in pump sprays, trigger spray bottles, squeeze bottles, or if you need a gallon of it then you can… buy a gallon of it! I had the perfect test for this, and it comes in the form of the exhaust valve shaft from my Beretta AL391, as this attracts so much carbon and is always a pain to clean. I have tried many products over the years so I thought it would be interesting to see how CLP compares, and the good news is that it was very effective. Having used CLP for a while now, I can tell you that it fulfils its requirement as an everyday cleaning product very well. It is easy to use and you don’t need excessive amounts to get the job done.
