Leupold Zero Point

Unlike those that project a beam of red laser light, you can use the Zero Point while sitting in your armchair. By measuring the height from the centre of the rifle’s bore to the centre of the scope’s objective lens, the ultra strong Zero Point’s magnetic strip then allows you to precisely position the boresighter on the muzzle of the rifle. Then , by using either natural available light or the integral orange LED light, by sighting through the scope and focusing it on the target graphics you can see within the boresighter, all you then need to do is rotate the scope’s turrets accordingly until the crosshairs mate up with the centre of the visual target.
In turn, once you’ve been able to then zero your rifle on the range, a job that should take a matter of minutes if you’ve used the Zero Point correctly, you can then refit the boresighter, check where everything needs to be when you re-check your zero or adjust up or down to allow for different bullet weight or range distances. In other words, it works with you and for you, and then allows you to reverse the process when you need to compensate for ammunition or distance one way or the other.
At £45 it will pay for itself in the number of bullets you won’t waste getting yourself on the paper. Similarly, the Zero Point is compatible with any calibre or rifle design, the two small batteries provide up to twenty-five hours of power whilst, perchance you’ve forgotten the supplied case, automatically switches off the Zero Point when you’ve finished with the Zero Point.
